You can decide and make it according to the theme of the party. You can give the invitations by hand to save money on stamps or send it through online services if your kid’s friends have email addresses. Don’t give the invitation in a crowded place which can result to lost invitations thus hurting the feelings of uninvited children.

9. Purchase game prizes, decorations, candies and paper goods from discount or close-out stores. You can ask your neighbors or friends for any left over paper goods from their previous parties for decorations.

10. You can use several items that you already have as part of the birthday decorations. Take for instance; your child is a train fanatic, set the toy train around one of the table’s perimeter or set up the doll house in a certain area for girls.

11. Paper lunch bags can be used as goodie bags. It could be more fun if you let your guests decorate their own goodie bags at the party. Fill goodie bags with bulk candy items. You can purchase inexpensive gifts like stickers, yo-yos, ponytails and other kid’s items.
